Houston Bottling & Co-Pack is an independent company established in 1988 offering a wide range of specialised services to the spirit industry from our secure sites in Renfrew and Dumbarton.

Our warehouses are bonded and authorised by HMRC and are proud members of the Bonded Warehousekeepers Association. We are registered with the Spirits Verification Scheme for Scottish Whisky labelling.

Our Renfrew site is ISO 9001:2015 and we are BRCGS certified at our Dumbarton site.

Bottling

With immense pride in our manufacturing operation designed for flexibility and agility, our specialist production lines have the capability to produce bottle sizes ranging from 5cl to 4.5ltr.

We can apply corks, caps, capsules, paper labels and self-adhesive labels.

Single Cask & Pouch Filling

A bespoke and personalised service is offered for single casks with personalised labels. The cask and bottle numbers can also be detailed on label.

Our production process for single cask bottling includes; disgorging liquid from cask and filtering, filling, sealing and labelling as well as numbering bespoke bottles and packing into presentation packaging.

Packing & Gifting

The scale, flexibility and agility of our co-packing operation gives us a unique advantage to support both small and large complex co-packing requirements.

We have a dedicated co-packing and customisation facility to support a diverse range of products including; gift packs with glasses, carton-based gift packs, dual product gift packs, country specific packs with customs seal, vintage products in display cases and more.

Vat Hall & Bulk Services

Our unique spirit blending ability enables our customers to deliver new innovative liquids in a sector that is constantly changing.

With 22 liquid holding tanks, we have the capacity to handle 1 million litres of spirit.

Our tanks range from 2,000 litres to 100,000 litres giving us a scale and depth to support a range of liquids and compounds simultaneously.

Bonded Warehouse Storage

Offering bond storage and despatch services, we manage the HMRC and regulatory requirements for bulk liquid, single casks and finished goods.

Our two licensed bonded sites based in Scotland have a combined storage capacity for 1 million litres of bulk spirit, 15,000 pallets and 20,000 casks.
