Outsource Packing
Houston Bottling & Co-pack carries out co-packing in a 100,000 ft2 warehouse in Renfrew. The principal co-pack customers are Chivas Bros and Diageo but many smaller producers use our services as well. Approximately 1 million cases per annum are packed and subsequently exported to worldwide destinations on behalf of our customers.
The service we offer includes the receipt of materials from customer nominated suppliers and base packs from customer's manufacturing plant. The goods are re-packed according to customer specifications and schedules then generally exported to destinations worldwide, in accordance with instructions.
The company has the resources and space to cater for the very high volume peak period experienced by the industry from July to December.
The co-pack plant is run by a highly experienced team, focused on providing extremely high levels of service to customers throughout the process, from material receipt to finished goods despatch.
The plant is fully compliant with HMRC requirements for a duty suspended warehouse.
